Workplace Injuries

This topic will discuss common work place injuries of the knee and hip, with discussion on the frequent overlap of these areas. The presentation will also include review of the techniques used to determine the presence/absence of injury, and discussion of the scientific basis of causation analysis. The legal examination will include case law analysis of basic legal causation on medical issues, the two-cause rule, aggravation of pre-existing injuries.
